Get your scratch pads ready for another March Madness tourney! Devyn took the prize last year, will it be a repeat?

I've tried to improve the bracket process to have it warn you of missing picks. I hope this helps. Otherwise, no new changes. Thoughts? Please let me know any suggestions for improvements!
